Excellent choice!

This is a wonderful property with a very large kitchen and serving area, as well as a patio and outside fireplace. Great for parties, social events, graduations, etc. The property manager, Joey, could not be better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY ON WHITE RIVER - LOVED IT

The kitchen and "great room" are the perfect place to gather and prepare to slay the trout! Stay here and call Ms. Debbie at Cotter Trout Dock for the best guides and shore lunch!

The Firehouse

The Firehouse has plenty of room for families with kids. There were 9 of us including a 7,4 and 3 year olds. The kitchen was awesome with lots of room to cook. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The showers were huge with lots of hot water. The washer and dryer was a bonus. This property was in an excellent location. There are many things to do within walking distance like fishing, walking trails, park for the kids to play and the swimming hole with a swing. There are coffee shops, diners and fly shops. I’ve been coming to this area for the past 17 years and this has been the best location by far. I highly recommend! 5 star rating out of 5!

Great Place to watch the game!

Guys weekend to celebrate a friend getting married. Place was clean, plenty of room for the 8 of us. Shuffleboard could use a rehab. Great place to stay!

Awesome experience!

This is our second year to stay for our family reunion. Plenty of room for everyone to be in and out and feed a bunch of people and kids. We always enjoy our time here. Close to the White river, very accommodating.

fishing weekend

We have stayed at this property in the past. It remains in excellent condition and is a great property for a family or a group for a fishing get away. Highly recommended.

Family Fun

We go to this area ever year to canoe the Buffalo River. Part of our tradition is eating at Razorback BBQ in Yellville, getting pizza from Nima’s in Gasville and playing in the Spring at Cotter. The Firehouse was conveniently located for all of these!

Great time!

12 of us came here for a weekend trip. Property was big enough for all, it was clean and the check in process was easy. The only issue was that the shuffleboard table could use a little love… but that won’t keep us from coming back! Quiet area in town and we were about 2 minutes to the river. Made it super easy to get down there and fish. Will definitely book again.

Reunion

Everyone really enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided that we could want and then more. All we needed was food and our clothes. We felt comfortable about coming and going. It was very secure and had all the privacy we could want. We will definitely be interested in using it again or maybe one of the other properties in Cotter.

Perfect Family Christmas at the Firehouse

What a wonderful place for a family Christmas get together in Cotter. The Firehouse is a gorgeous property, the owners thought of every detail when doing this rental. It is perfect for large groups. We had our family Christmas here, and what a great time!! The kitchen is fully stocked and they thought of everything. The location was perfect and was close enough to walk down to the Christmas lights at Cotter Spring, a walk to lunch at the White Sands. The beds are comfy in each room, and it is decorated so cute. There are plenty of towels, and extras, and we did not want for a thing while we stayed here. The owner was great to respond to any questions or needs we had. I highly recommend this rental. Great little place in downtown Cotter.
