This four-bedroom, one-bathroom home offers generous space and classic details throughout, including a large living room and separate dining room perfect for gathering. The fully updated kitchen features new cabinetry, granite countertops, a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal—ideal for both short and extended stays.

The remodeled bathroom includes a new walk-in shower while preserving the home’s original charm.

Downstairs, the fully finished basement adds valuable extra living space with a kitchenette, comfortable seating, electric fireplace, TV, and washer/dryer—great for relaxing or spreading out.

Outside, enjoy a private fenced backyard designed for connection and comfort. Unwind on the covered back porch with an electric fire pit, grill meals on the gas BBQ, or gather under string lights in the backyard during warmer evenings.

Chestnut House is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Outdoor spaces are for guest only. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No parties authorized.
Street parking only on Chestnut St SE or 14th Ave SE. City parking permits required Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Park in the direction of traffic
No smoking or vaping inside the home. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed unless pre-approved. Security deposit hold $300 required.
