The 100 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and satellite TV. A baby crib and a highchair can be added on request.
The apartment boasts a wonderful sunny balcony with seating furniture, where you can start the day with breakfast and a lovely view of the bay. From the apartment, you can reach supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants within 1-4 minutes on foot (50-300 m), while the centre is a 7-minute walk or 550 m away. The sandy beach, with many cafés and restaurants lined up along it, is right in front of the apartment and only separated by the promenade. There you can swim in the bay and explore the scenic marina. The centre of Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 45-minute drive (60 km), and the city’s airport is a 50-minute drive (68 km) away.
