Fabulous villa with swimming Saltwater swimming pool and wonderful surroundings to enjoy the nature and a great holidays.



This ancient and reformed villa relates to old times, but is equipped with all contemporary features. The large hall leads to a kitchen on the left with a graceful library over it, and to the large dining room, where the ancient and astonishing "tafona" is set. Then the spacious living room features a billiard table. There is also a clean bathroom downstairs. Outside, next to the kitchen, there is a lovely and comfortable barbeque area. The Saltwater swimming pool is set on the other side of the villa, all surrounded by a beautiful garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with three beds, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en suite.



There is air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms.



The central heating is included.

Fiber optic internet, ideal for working from home.



For larger groups you can also rent the villa "Can Segui petit", which is next door and offers space for another 8 persons.



It should be noted that we have fibre optics with high speed internet to be able to telework (100 MB), inside the house and on the terrace. We have recycling bins to take care of the environment.

The holiday villa is located in the quiet area just 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.







IMPORTANT



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.





Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost.



Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys.

LOCATION

In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.

The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.



Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.
