It’s a really cute place and very clean. The size of the vrbo is perfect for two people, as you’re not wasting a bunch of extra bedrooms but you’re also not squeezed in super tight and crawling over each other. It’s also very close to the center of downtown. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to rockaway.

Such a cute cottage! Was clean and comfortable. Great location! Walkable to everything including the beach. My pup enjoyed having her own little backyard. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the place! The size of the house and the fenced yard were perfect for us. The only issue was the first night the power strip shorted out and the plug for the fireplace could’ve caught fire, it burned the power strip, so we were without tv and internet the first couple days, but we were at the beach so not too much of a loss. Overall we enjoyed our stay! Walking distance to everything including the beach. The fenced yard was perfect for our little dogs! We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable little house. Was in a great location, short walk to the beach. Back yard is much closer to other neighbor's yard/houses than expected. Overall great experience!! Thank you for sharing this little piece of Heaven!
