Villa Bernat is a state-of-the-art holiday home located just 200 metres from Cala Barques beach in Cala San Vicente. The shops and popular restaurants of Cala Molins are within walking distance. The villa is located in a residential area with enchanting views of the sea and the famous cliffs of Cavall Bernat in the background. Cala Sant Vicenç is a picturesque coastal town just 6 kilometres from Pollensa, with three sandy beaches and beautiful bays. The crystal-clear water is a paradise for divers and snorkellers.
The beautiful old town of Pollensa has an extensive pedestrian zone with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets, and during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life unfold in one of the cafés on the central Plaza Mayor.
The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa is about 7.5 kilometres away and has a long promenade with stunning views of Pollensa Bay and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit every taste and budget. The long sandy beach offers good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sun lounger hire. The shallow entry makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

The area around Sant Vicenç and Pollensa is equally popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike thanks to its challenging mountain routes. Everyone can find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses to choose from in the surrounding area. A wide range of water sports are available in Pollensa Bay, which is one of the most beautiful areas for surfers and sailors.

Villa Bernat captivates with a fantastic sea view from the terraces. The house is furnished in a contemporary designer style, with an emphasis on bright and modern furnishings.

The villa has three floors, including a large underground car park.

On the living level, there is a very spacious, separate kitchen with access to the pool area and terrace. It is fully equipped and has two fridge-freezers and a breakfast table that seats six people.
The large and comfortable living area is tastefully furnished and also has access to the terrace.

At the other end of this floor is the laundry room with a washing machine and, to the left of the entrance, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the outdoor terrace.

Stairs lead to the upper floor of the house, where there is a sun terrace with magnificent views and two very spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The fourth bedroom (with two single beds), shower room, air conditioning and built-in wardrobes is only accessible from the outside.

The house is equipped with air conditioning throughout.

The main sun terrace at Villa Bernat is shaded by two awnings and equipped with sun loungers and a dining table and chairs for eight people. The pool has a whirlpool (not heated) and is easily accessible via two low steps. The panoramic view over Cala San Vicente bay from the pool area and terrace is fantastic. There is also a brick barbecue and a table tennis table.

Children are welcome, a cot is available on request.
