If you lose your wristband, you will be charged $20,000 COP for each lost wristband. Minors are not allowed entry without a guardian. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment; the penalty is $250 USD.

RECOMMENDATION: I strongly recommend lowering the blackout curtains in the living room and bedroom, as the sun shines very strongly in the morning, making the condo extremely hot, and the air conditioning struggles to cool it down. We offer 24/7 guest interaction and are always ready to respond to your requests. Housekeeping service is included with your stay, Monday through Saturday. Your housekeeper is Mrs. Ana. Our guests have access to the pool and gym. If you are arriving by car, don't worry, we have parking available. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange parking with management.
