Inside, polished floors and a soaring beam ceiling create a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

All rooms feature new furnishings, bedding and linens, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests.

Living spaces
The living room offers a large, comfy sectional sofa and a 65‑inch Smart Roku TV for relaxed evenings. A full dining room with a table that seats ten provides ample space for meals and gatherings. A bright breakfast nook adds a casual spot for coffee and morning pastries.

Outdoor living
Step through the enclosed patio for complete privacy. The backyard boasts a heated pool, a BBQ grill, and plenty of lounge options—including an outdoor sofa, a dining table for six, and additional seating chairs. A fire pit creates a cozy setting for night‑time conversations. Mature trees frame the space, giving you a secluded retreat just five minutes from the beach.

Kitchen & dining
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, from appliances to cookware. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats ten, making it easy to host family meals or dinner parties.

Family amenities
A pack‑n‑play and highchair are available upon request to simplify travel with little ones. Hotel‑size starter sets of shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided, along with fresh towels and bedding. A pool safety fence can be set up if desired.

Neighborhood
Located in Pompano Beach, the home is a short five‑minute drive to the sandy shoreline, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing and beach walks. Nearby shops, cafés and restaurants offer convenient options for dining and supplies.

House rules
Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am in accordance with city ordinance—no music outside and voices should be kept to a minimum during this time to respect neighbors. The pool and outdoor areas are shared by all guests staying at the property.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, the home is equipped with the following devices:
Exterior security cameras are installed and actively recording the front door/entryway, parking area, and backyard/pool area. These cameras monitor only the exterior of the property. There are no cameras or recording devices inside private living spaces or bedrooms.
A noise monitoring device is installed. This device measures noise levels only to help prevent excessive disturbances and does not record conversations or audio.

Registered guests only: No unauthorized visitors are permitted
No smoking inside the apartment: $750 fine
No pets: $250 fine
Starter supplies: We provide an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and other essentials at the beginning of your stay. Once these are used, guests may purchase additional supplies locally or use the on-site washer and dryer for laundry.
