Renting a car or arranging private transportation through your concierge is highly recommended to easily explore the surrounding beaches, local cultural attractions, and nearby championship golf courses.

Booking, Policies, & Taxes:

- To protect the peaceful ambiance of this exclusive community, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter, with a maximum occupancy strictly limited to 12 guests.

- Casa Lolita enforces a strict no-smoking policy across the entire property, both indoors and outdoors, subject to a mandatory $500 USD penalty for violations.

- To protect the luxury finishes of the estate, pets are not permitted on the premises.

- Please note that all luxury rental rates are subject to an additional $15 USD fee and a 20% tax.
