We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Cabo for a bachelorette weekend! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was stunning — spacious, spotless, luxurious, and even more beautiful than the photos.What truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible service and staff. Everyone was so welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, making the entire weekend feel effortless and relaxing. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely spoiled the whole time.The location, amenities, atmosphere, and overall experience were perfect for our group celebration. We made unforgettable memories here and could not have asked for a better place to stay. I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Cabo and would love to come back again someday!

Debbie our host was outstanding. She was so involved in providing the very best experience for our family. From her most comfortable beds and bedding to her beautiful pool and hot tub. She shared all of her best contacts in transportation, restaurants and massage therapists.

We had a wonderful and amazing time at Casa Sourini! There were 9 ladies in our group, and the house was perfect! We loved the location, the view and of course, the fabulous home. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided during our stay. The home was extremely comfortable, including the beds, bathrooms, and pool area. Our group size was easily accommodated. The pool and hot tubs were always perfect temperatures, the views of the ocean were stunning. Our trip was in February, we could see the whales at all times during the day. We also enjoyed pickleball at the resort and walks around the neighborhood and down to the stunning ocean club. I would highly recommend a vacation at Casa Sourini and I would certainly not hesitate to return.

We had the best trip at Debbie’s Cabo villa! Starting before we arrived Debbie was responsive, helpful planning our trip from arrivals, activities, and shared everything we needed to know about the area. Her team is also incredible and there for anything we needed when we were at the home. Views from the house are STUNNING! The home has plenty of space for a good size group and safety in the area was also not a concern at all. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Cabo!

Absolute dream weekend!

Rented Debbie’s house for a bachelorette weekend and couldn’t have had a more amazing stay!! Debbie, her property manager, and cleaning staff were the most helpful ahead of the trip and during we had the most accommodating stay. Felt like we were staying at a resort! Location of the house was prime and the private beach club was phenomenal. Would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Cabo!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Incredible Experience Amazing Team

We had 7 adults and 2 teens with us for the most wonderful stay for my husband’s birthday! The home was well-appointed, the staff was an absolute 10/10! The location was adjacent to the Esperanza property and you use a golf cart in the neighborhood to access the beach club, hotel restaurants and shops. The team helped us with groceries, transportation arrangements, and excursions! Will definitely come back again and again.

Perfect Cabo getaway for family or friends

Debbie and her team were very communicative before, during, and after our stay at her beautiful home. They ensured that we had everything we needed upon arrival and checked in multiple times to see how the stay was going. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. The house is located in an amazing and quiet neighborhood, perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a relaxing vacation in Cabo. Can't wait to come back :)

Gorgeous Villa

Booked a long weekend for a family wedding at Esperanza. House is beautifully appointed with private space for all guests. Host is amazing and has assembled a fantastic team to take care of every imaginable need — prepared meals, transportation, shopping and more! Inside and outside space is inviting and spacious. Walking distance to the resort and the beach club with incredible views. Will definitely return!

Amazing Week

We had an incredible week at Casa Sourini! Debbie, the owner of the home was wonderful in getting all of our details organized and very attentive. The concierge services with Baruch and Paola were top notch making out stay hassle free. The house itself was a stunner, with breathtaking views and beautiful furniture and high quality details. Brissa the housekeeper was amazing! She kept everything spotless and her attention to detail was much appreciated. We can't wait to come back!

Our overall stay with Debbie was amazing. From the beginning of us contacting her, she was an amazing host. From our first contact with her, we figured out how important her home was to her. Excellent!

We had a fantastic time!! The house was gorgeous and perfect for 3 couples with rooms to spare! And the VIEW!!! We lost count of how many whales we saw off the back deck!! Everything was first rate, including the service...between the house owner, the house manager and the cleaning staff who was on site daily, we never had to worry about anything! They made sure at every turn, we had what we needed! Location was great too! We were in town for a wedding at the Esperanza and the location of the house was perfect! We rented a golf cart which made it super easy to get around the resort, but it's easily walkable too! Highly recommend! We would definitely rent this property again!

Hubby's 60th birthday with family

We took our four grown children and their spouses to Cabo to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. This home is absolutely beautiful and in a great location in Punta Ballena where the Esperanza Resort is. We had access to the Esperanza Residences Beach Club which is beautiful and only a 5-10 minute walk or a couple minutes by golf cart. Debbie, the homeowner, was very communicative and thoughtful before and during our stay. The house manager, Paola, was so helpful in arranging everything for us ahead of time (restaurants reservations, boating, transportation, in-home chef dinner, groceries, etc.) and the daily maid-service was so nice to have as well! I highly recommend this beautiful home and can't wait to return!

Aims high but misses the mark

The house is great— great location, wonderful views, very clean, nice staff….I didn’t care for limits on the thermostat— it was too hot at night for sleeping as the thermostat is locked at 72. If you want to use the hot tub you must contact the property manager or owner for them to turn it on and then you are limited to only one hour.

Dear Laura, gosh so sorry you never asked to have the AC's turned down, we are always happy to do it for my guests! Just had to ask! Sorry but the hot tub 1 Hour shut off is the design by the manufacturer, Pentair, not me, for Safety so people don't get too hot, burn themselves or have any heart issues. I know we immediately turned it on and back on when you asked. Really sorry you were disappointed in your stay as I know my staff and I tried very hard to make you and your group super happy! Beautiful Trip

After staying in this beautiful house, I just fell in love with Cabo. The whole experience from booking, checking-in, and whole stay was smooth. Debbie (house owner) and Baruch (caretaker) were easy to reach via e-mail or text. It was honestly an ideal vacation for all the ladies in my group, especially for my girlfriends who are mothers since Brissia (housekeeper) made sure that the house is always clean and organized. Our group didn't need to go outside the house... everything was within in the Punta Ballena. It was an easy walk to Cocina Del Mar Restaurant (less than 10 minutes). We felt very safe in this community, especially with the tight security. We wished we could stay longer. My friends and I are definitely returning to Casa Sourini.

Gorgeous villa & incredible location. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend that fully-functioning adults stay here due to the property owner's communication style. Backdrop: We are a group of 10 guys in our mid-30s (lawyers, doctors, businessmen) on a golf trip, but based on the owner's communication, you would think we were 18 year old freshmen on spring break. Weeks leading up to the trip, I was bombarded with paragraph-long texts laying out house rules and trying to decipher our exact itinerary. We were presented with a 4-page list of house rules. We were pressured to book the owner's preferred transportation on a daily basis (great for airport pickup and drop-off, but you can just use way cheaper Ubers to get to your planned activities once you are at Esperanza). Prior to arrival, we booked a private chef for dinner one night, and were told we could only use one pre-approved chef at the property. Throughout the stay, I continued to receive multiple texts a day from the property owner, clearly wanting to keep close tabs on us. Lastly, we were pressured to leave tips for the concierge & cleaning lady who come to the house every day (unnecessary). A little privacy, please. If the property owner wants the concierge and cleaning lady hovering there every day, the owner should pay for it. Not what we signed up for.Vacation is for peace of mind, and this simply wasn't it. Cabo has countless other beautiful places to stay.

Drew, It is unfortunate as an attorney you would be so dishonest when booking my five-star home I asked you if you were a bachelor party or guys trip and you lied about it. I was very clear plus it’s on Vrbo that I don’t book guys trips or bachelor parties. You also sent me multiple text messages that you loved my home and were very happy! I offer daily Maid service to all clients and they love it since most homes don’t offer daily Maid service! No one was hovering or watching you, this is the same five star service by my concierge and Maid that all clients get and again love the five star service! It was clear on my contract that outside vendors, including chef services need to be preapproved. I also was very kind and told you that you could have the one you booked in case you misunderstood or I had not informed you! So again, a shame you have to lie and be insulting. I very much regret giving you a five star rating when I assumed you were being honest that you all loved our home and my staff! I check in with all my clients during the day and make sure they are happy and see if they need anything. My concierge and Maid did a great job for you and your friends like they always do and all clients leave them some sort of tip. I’m sorry you all didn’t have the class to leave anything for their hard work. Plus, everyone loves my staff! Again, very disappointing you would be dishonest about so many things and future clients can easily see 99.9% of my reviews are five star reviews!! my communication was sincere in wanting to make sure you all were happy, like I do with all my clients and you repeatedly told me you all loved it and we’re very happy! I’m very shocked and disappointed by your review.

Unnecessary communication with the host and too many rules

My family and I celebrated my 40th birthday in Cabo. The place was beautiful and the staff were very nice. We normally stay in very nice resorts and are used to being treated wonderfully. There was way too much unnecessary communication between us and the owner. We felt we were being treated like children with constant rules. The owner must have been monitoring all the controls as the minute we left the hot tub on we got a message from her. This experience made us feel like we were being watched and told what to do the whole time. Made our guests feel uncomfortable to touch any controls. Positives: the house is gorgeous and the location is great. The place is gated and very safe. The beach club has one of the best pool oceanfront views. You have a daily maid and you can order groceries and Booz before your arrival. The staff were very nice and respectful. Negatives: the owner. She seems nice but very particular, talkative and controlling. She was way too involved, called to speak with me a few days prior to our arrival, and texted me daily the entire stay. She called to ask me how many people are staying, who they are, what they do (in a round about way) and informing me of a few complaints she had of previous clients. For example, she mentioned an 8 year old ruined her expensive mattress and wanted to make sure the two children with us were not going to wet the bed. She brought up her “beautiful home” “5 star reviews,” expensive sheets, mattress and furniture many times. She texted me daily in Cabo wishing me a happy birthday but reminding us once again not to turn on the pool waterfall with the Jacuzzi, don’t forgot to tip my Concierge service, etc. After the first day she had the Hot tub locked and we had to text the concierge every time we needed it to have it turned on even though it was already on 1 hour timer. One night the hot tub didn’t even work. She sent me a contract the day of our arrival and I booked weeks before we arrived. To top it all, while in the airport leaving Cabo, I got a text from the concierge and her about 2 missing Tupperware and accusing us of a broken chair. We tried to ignore the little things but after accusing of damaging her furniture I had to write this review for her. Bottom line, it’s not the same experience as staying in a beautiful resort. We wanted to relax and enjoy our stay but instead felt watched and harassed.

The Cabo Stay

Debbie is an outstanding host. There was constant communication before the trip, during the stay, and after the trip. Very respectful and attentive to our needs. Overall it was a beautiful stay and would love to go back again.

Christmas in Cabo!

Christmas at Casa Sourini was perfect!! We have stayed at Esperanza in the past, which is why we wanted to stay in that neighborhood. We traveled with our six teens and my dad, and the house was perfect. Enough room to spread out, but also homey enough for us all to come together for dinners & time at the pool/spa. The property management team (Baruch & Paola) were very helpful pre-trip and while we were down there. They arranged for us to have traditional Mexican stocking stuffers for the kids, coordinated a chef onsite to prepare a traditional Mexican Christmas dinner, helped get restaurant reservations & taxis, and so much more. (Bring cash as most vendors don’t seem to want to take credit cards). Debbie is a hands-on owner & it shows. Her home is immaculate, with everything you could possibly want available at the house. She checks in by text on how things are going every step of the way. When we had a noise issue from the hotel next door, she addressed it & had it resolved in less than 10 minutes. So appreciated! And Brissia, the on-site cleaning lady, is as attentive to every detail as she is kind and helpful. I recommend renting a car; the Fresco grocery store is right across the highway & has everything you could want (along the lines of a high end grocery store with lots of organic, gluten- & dairy-free items, alcohol, and my kids favorite bakery!). Go to Fresco before Costco or California Ranch Market. Casa Sourini was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience!!

Amazing house!

We had such an amazing stay at Villa Sourini! The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about activities, restaurants, etc. The house is GORGEOUS. Very spacious, clean and amazing decor. We will definitely be back.
