The place was lovely. Clean. Comfortable. The pool area is lovely. They only provide one pool towel total. And I couldn’t find the trash bags they say they provide. Kitchen not super stocked so if you plan on cooking make sure they have what you need ahead of time.

When you reported the internet issue, our team immediately began troubleshooting and coordinated with the internet provider to restore service as quickly as possible. We regret the inconvenience this unexpected outage caused during your stay. We also appreciate you bringing the other items to our attention. Following your departure, we completed a full inspection of the home. A Keurig coffee maker has been added, kitchen inventory was reviewed and restocked, including pot holders and utensils, and our housekeeping team reinforced its inspection procedures to ensure all kitchen items are properly cleaned and verified before each guest's arrival. Guest feedback helps us improve, and we have taken immediate corrective action to address each of the concerns you mentioned.
