Tignes Val Claret: Residence "Le Prariond" - excellent location: central but quiet, right by the Tignes and Val d'Isère slopes, ski in ski out. Apartment block "Le Prariond (Val Claret)". In the centre of Val Claret, in a sunny position residential area (villas). In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 250 m, shopping centre, restaurant, bakery 50 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 250 m, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Sports centre 800 m, chair lift, skisport facilities 15 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school 20 m, ski-kindergarten 150 m. Nearby attractions: Funiculaire de la Grande Motte -en ski 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: TIGNES VAL D'ISERE 100 m. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes Val Claret.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony 8 m2, west facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
