The spacious living room is air-conditioned and furnished with a comfortable seating area, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and provides everything needed for preparing elaborate meals or enjoying relaxed evenings with a drink.

Holland House Cape Marie 1401 is located in a quiet part of the resort and is ideal for guests seeking a stylish, spacious, single-level apartment with a warm atmosphere and a high level of comfort. To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents and visitors, parties, events, and groups of young people are not permitted anywhere in the building.

Coral Estate itself offers 24-hour security, a luxury spa, a dive center, a bakery, and excellent restaurants such as Karakter and rooftop bar Koraal. Nearby you will find some of Curaçao’s most beautiful beaches: Playa Porto Marie, Cas Abao, and Daaibooi.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.

At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
