-Majestic Palms Condominium Association requires a separate application for all renters. This cost ($150) is not included in the stay and is managed through the host. We will work together to complete the paperwork and make payment - it is simple! The association requires 20 days for application processing prior to check in. If a renter is staying 3 months or longer, an additional $66 fee/person is required to complete a background and credit check. -Non-smoking property – smoking is not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony.
-Safety & security – No cameras inside the condo.
