Townhouse in quiet area with communal pool The Casa Cocotero is a modern townhouse near to the beach and with a large community pool (15x10m). On the ground floor, there is the living room and dining area, separate kitchen and a guest toilet. In front of the living room, there is a beautiful terrace with a coconut palm tree, that gives the house its name. The kitchen is completely equipped and has a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is a small patio behind the kitchen, where you can enjoy your first morning coffee. On the first floor, you will find the 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and a small balcony. The other two bedrooms (one of them has 2 single beds, the other one has 1 single bed) share a second bathroom (bathtub with shower).
The house is for 5 pax, but there is there is a generous studio with private shower room and large windows in the basement that can be rented at additional costs of 210 euros/week.
On the roof terrace is a built bench to enjoy the views towards the sea änd a "sundowner". The house also has a private parking spot in the garage.
Casa Cocotero lies within a fenced community with many flowers and plants. The large community pool is located on a sunny spot, which allows it to have a nice temperature the whole summer. It is open from the week before easter to the end of October.
Casa Cocotero has an exellent location: The beach is just 300m away and to the town center it is only a 10-15min walk.
