The first floor features a spacious living-dining area with an extremely comfortable sofa and a dining table for 6 people, a modern, open kitchen equipped with all the amenities, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm).

The living area opens onto a furnished terrace and a furnished veranda featuring a glass front and a glass roof. A retractable awning allows you to adjust the shaded area to suit your preferences. The veranda leads to the pool area. The swimming pool measures 4 x 3 meters.

On the first floor are the two additional bedrooms and a second shower room with a sea view. One of the bedrooms, which offers a sea view, is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the second has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). All bedrooms have built-in closets.
