Important Things to Note:

• A digital pay shared laundry room is available during your stay.

• Paid garage parking or free street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

• This unit is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator in the building. It is operated and maintained by building management, not by us. While typically available, any maintenance or outages are outside our control. In case of emergency, please use the stairs.

• Communal amenities: The fitness room, e-pay laundry, and lobby are located within the complex and are shared.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
