Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this cabin! We took vacation in Gatlinburg like we do every year but this year we took our son to college in Knoxville for his freshman year. I have stayed in several of these cabins and this one is one of my favorites now. Will definitely be back to stay again here! At night time the view from the back deck is beautiful

What a milestone trip—your annual Gatlinburg vacation combined with sending your son off for his freshman year of college! We're honored that after staying in several cabins in the area, this one has earned a spot among your favorites. There's something especially beautiful about those nighttime views from the back deck, and we're glad you had the chance to enjoy them. We love hearing that you'll be back and hope this cabin becomes part of many more Gatlinburg getaways for your family!

Second stay at Dive Right In

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a couple snags in the beginning of our stay, but they were taken care of pretty quickly. Have to say..the maintenance crew is hands down THE best. Thanks, guys for your "fixes" and for being the wasp snuffers! Would love to stay again some day....just might! LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the bear visits!!!

“The best” maintenance crew and official wasp snuffers—we'll make sure the guys hear about their new title! We're glad they were able to take care of those early snags quickly and get your getaway back on track. And it sounds like the local bears made up for the less-welcome winged visitors! We're thrilled you enjoyed their visits (from a safe distance, of course). Thank you for the laughs and the kind words about our team. We'd love to have you back hope that “just might” turns into “definitely will!”

This house was perfect for us. We had 5 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty space & bedrooms for everyone. The location was TOP TIER! We couldn't have picked a better spot! 20/30 mins to Pigeon Forge & 10/15 mins to downtown Gatlinburg! There were only a couple things we had problems with one being not so much of a big deal, the tv only had a select few channels. Luckily we had our own subscriptions (Paramount, Netflix, Hulu, etc.) The other issue was the hot tub. The first night we got there the tub was running and working fine. Thought it was kind of odd that we didn't have to turn it on, as it was already on & running. But the next time we went to get in it was off and the knobs were not working. Nothing we did was fixing the issue. Flipping the breaker, unplugging & plugging back up, nothing worked. I did reach out the host & got a quick response. Unfortunately the part needed for repair didn't make it in time before our trip was over. Host answered all questions quickly. Also, community pool was spacious & clean! Loved our time out there! Beautiful place, will definitely stay again!!...oh, and Bears! We saw soo many bears walking around. So cool! Definitely keep doors locked & food out of vehicles!

It sounds like you made some great memories during your stay. We also appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the TV options and hot tub. We will share your comments about the available TV channels with the homeowner for consideration. We’re glad our team was able to respond quickly and assist while you were there. We’re sorry the hot tub repair could not be completed before the end of your stay, but we appreciate your understanding as we worked to get the needed part.
