Marco Polo was a a great property for our spring break vacation. We enjoyed the amenities, including the movie theater, hot tub, and dry sauna which was a bonus. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the indoor pool because it was too cold and not heated as described. That was the only let down that we had. Other than that, this property is amazing, very clean, spacious, and only 5 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and close to all the attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

We’re sorry to hear the indoor pool did not feel warm enough during your stay. The pool is set to 81 degrees, which some guests may find a bit on the cooler side depending on personal preference. Had we been made aware during your visit, we would have gladly sent someone out to check the pool temperature and ensure everything was operating properly. We truly appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that, aside from that concern, you found the property amazing, clean, and spacious. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in hopes that we can exceed your expectations on your next visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was ok it did not have enough towels and rags , the theater room had a odor the couch in the theater room was peeling , the bathroom in the pool room did not work , there was not a full comforter set for the pull out couch we had to go buy our own comforter and our own towel and rags that we left

We assumed management of the property on March 6 and agree that the home is in need of attention in several areas. We are actively communicating with the owner to address the items you mentioned, including the condition of the theater room furniture and the non-functioning bathroom in the pool room. We do want to note that owners do not typically provide a full comforter set for sleeper sofas, but blankets should always be available. That said, we completely understand how this impacted your stay and appreciate you sharing that feedback. We sincerely wish we had been made aware of these concerns during your visit, as we would have immediately dispatched our team to address the bathroom issue and the odor in the theater room. We’ve also identified that a cleaning product being used had an unpleasant scent, and we have since asked our team to replace it to ensure a better guest experience moving forward. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. That is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. Please know your feedback is helping us prioritize improvements as we work to bring the home up to the level of quality our guests expect. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
