1) RULES STRICTLY ENFORCED
NO house parties allowed.
NO large gatherings with unauthorized guests.
NO commercial/music video shoots.
NO unauthorized organized events.
NO disturbances to the neighborhood.
NO loud noise, music, car engine revving, or any other noise which can disturb neighbors.
NO smoking inside the unit.
NO smoking in the pool area or walkways.
Smoking only allowed in rear parking lot.
NO illegal drugs. Marijuana is NOT allowed, Zero tolerance. 

-If violated, your reservation will be revoked and terminated immediately with NO REFUND.

2) PARKING DETAILS:
-PAID Gated Parking available @ $5/day per automobile. Photo of vehicle and license plate required. Towing enforced.
-Also available is FREE street parking (must abide by all City of Houston street parking signs)
-Do NOT park in front parking spaces along 1903 Commonwealth. They belong to the commercial office building next door.

3) The unit is located on the FIRST-FLOOR.

5) LAUNDRY: Washer & Dryer is a coin-operated / credit card-operated laundry shared by all of the tenants at the apartment complex. Please provide your laundry detergent for personal use.

6) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.
