Experience the ultimate Lake Leelanau retreat at Terrace House, a spacious haven perfect for groups. Newly available in 2026, this home offers ample room and is ideally situated between Leland, Lake Leelanau, Northport, and Suttons Bay. Enjoy easy access to Traverse City (30 min) and the stunning Sleeping Bear Dunes (35 min). Cook in the well-equipped kitchen, and unwind in the private outdoor area with a grill and fire pit under the stars. With a king and twin bedroom on the main floor, another king and twin bedroom upstairs, and a basement game room/twin bedroom, there's space for everyone.

The Space:

Great for a group to spread out and have privacy! There is a king bedroom and a twin bedroom on the main floor. Another king bedroom and twin bedroom on the second floor. Along with a game room on the lower level that has 2 twin beds.

Free parking is available on the premises.
