This 3BR house is nestled in between Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. It is located in a quiet neighborhood off Coastal Hwy. There is beach access within walking distance across the highway. The house has 3BR's with 4 total beds and 2 full bathrooms. There is a brand new deck right outside the kitchen and the backyard has a fire pit and seating. There is also a bonus Man-cave shed to hang out in the back. Come stay here and enjoy some fun at the beach!!. With three queen bedrooms and a cozy futon, guests find plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms add convenience for everyone staying. The peaceful atmosphere invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning or a pleasant evening, this terrific home offers a comfortable retreat. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place.

We had a wonderful week. Lovely house and close enough to walk to the beach and local restaurants and bars. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room big enough to fit comfortably. Communication was wonderful and timely. Our host went above her duties and helped us retrieve a few things we left behind. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious, clean and great location. Much more space than I anticipated with the little cottage in the back yard. The back yard is lovely and relaxing. Definitely will book again!

The house was absolutely terrific for guests with pets: the fenced yard, deck, and ample parking made it very easy for us to manage. The location is also excellent - an easy walk to restaurants in Dewey and a quick drive/Uber to downtown Rehoboth. The kitchen is very well stocked with all of the basics and there were cleaning supplies, trash bags, and paper towels at the ready. Beds were comfortable, AC and showers were great, and plenty of toilet paper. The entry system was easy to use and the furniture was perfectly adequate. Though we didn't use them, the washer and dryer are extremely handy and were large enough to handle big loads.Unfortunately, the lock on the sliding door to the deck does not work. A block of wood was provided to block opening, but it really should be repaired. In addition, there were a number of small issues with cleanliness (particularly floors and baseboards, as well as the kitchen chairs), but bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean.Overall, this is an excellent property with a good location and we would gladly visit again. Thanks for a terrific weekend!

I had a lovely stay at this property. Exactly as pictured and good location, not far from the beach and things to do. The host was accommodating and responsive. I would recommend.
