Restore and deepen your spiritual focus in the heart of beautiful Ave Maria. My home offers a serene retreat in the town center, steps away from Ave Maria's remarkable Catholic Church. Everything is a short walk: Daily masses, 24 hour adoration chapel, breakfast, coffee shop, restaurants, gym, supermarket, etc. and Ave Maria University. The gorgeous Naples beaches are less than an hour's drive.....oh!! and the weather! Come pray, relax and enjoy!
I've settled on a name for my home; "Villa Madonna"...a spacious, very quiet, 2 bedroom apartment with a large balcony that overlooks a greenspace with western views out to a distant sunset horizon, plus a view of the town's Mediterranean architecture, and its iconic Catholic Church.
Villa Madonna is a welcome retreat for folks seeking the renewal of a longer, yet more affordable spiritual immersion in this very special place.
One of the bedrooms is a private master bedroom suite (queen bed) with adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. All the beds are high quality, medium firmness and fine for side or back sleepers, with down and foam pillows. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, above a ground floor of commercial shops. Securely gated elevator service. Beautiful morning and evening sunlight. 10 ft ceilings. Ceiling fans. Super quiet HVAC, easy to control. Large, well- stocked kitchen. Free, gated parking for 2 vehicles, plus ample additional public parking. Pool and Gym. Super fast wifi and cable TV. Walk to everything.
