Our pest control dates are: 3/3, 5/5, 7/7, 9/1, 11/3, 1/5
Pest control will knock first to enter. They will always be accompanied by one of our maintenance staff. Guests cannot deny entry as this is the resorts policy, and there is no rescheduling.
If guests are out of the unit at the time they are to enter, they will proceed to enter on their own to spray.
There is a $10. per day parking fee which must be paid at the main gate upon entry to the resort. This fee can only be paid by credit or debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy.Guests must be 23 years of age to book a stay at this resort. Photo ID may be required at check in gate.
Your gate/door entry code will be messaged to you prior to your check in. You can contact your host Gina through the booking messaging system.
Included for our guests: fresh linens/towels, beach towels, beach chairs, clothing steamer, complimentary soaps, make-up wipes, shampoo/conditioner, keurig coffee maker with complimentary regular/decaff pods, creamer, sugar, All in one microwave that also bakes/toasts/airfry, stove cook top, kitchenware/silverware, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies.
* All guests staying will have access to every amenity on entire 33 acre property (when open).* The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round)* The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated.* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.Non-umbrellas and umbrellas larger than 7 ½ feet in diameter are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of infant tents no larger than 4 feet wide by 3 feet deep and 3 feet high.Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees.
The following procedures will be in place for motorcycles and trailers: a. b. c. Trailers (restricted to 18 feet end of trailer to hitch) may be brought by guests, on a first come, first serve basis, for a daily fee of $15 for 9 months of the year with the exception of the months of June, July, and August, during which time no trailers are permitted on property. The Vehicle pulling the trailer will be assessed $10 per day. Each Motorcycle - $10 per day
Check-out is at 10:00 am. Please remember door and gate codes will expire at this time. Guests will not have access to enter after 10:00 am. After 10:00 am if it was not pre-arranged for a late check out, there will be a fee charged, equal to a one night stay and any extra charges for a delay with the cleaning company.
