Welcome to The Gem of Rexburg. The main suite on the main level has 1 king bed with a love seat, it is attached to the bathroom that has a double headed shower with a digital dial, free standing soaking tub, double vanity, private toilet, and walk-in closet. Upstairs the 2nd bedroom has vaulted ceiling with a fan, a queen bed, and is attached to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The 3rd adjoining room has 2 queen beds. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom.
As you walk in you will be welcomed to the front rooms tall, vaulted ceiling surrounded by lots of natural light. Relax on the large comfortable sectional that has 3 electric recliners. Get comfortable on the single recliner that swivels and rocks. The gas fireplace has a digital setting on the left that warms the space to the perfect temperature.
There is EV charging in the 2 car garage that has a 3rd garage door for motorcycles and toys.

My husband and I met in the Rexburg area. We love riding our side-by-side, motorcycles, and quads in the Saint Anthony Sand Dunes. Whenever we are in Rexburg our favorite things to do is hiking, camping, whitewater rafting, spelunking in the Ice caves, boating in Island Park, and visiting family.

This is a new home that my husband managed to be built that has special features like the 2 car garage with EV charging and a heater, and a 3rd garage door for motorcycles and toys. It also has a water filtration system in the kitchen, a stand alone soaking tub in the main suite, and a fun entertainment room with a piano, 7ft love sack, foosball table, and games.
