Contactless check-in is provided through a coded smart lock. Our team is available by message or text if you need anything during your stay.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Pet Policy — No Pets
Due to severe pet allergies within the homeowner's family, pets are strictly prohibited at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an allergen-conscious home.

Smoking & Substance Policy
This is a smoke-free home:

Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

No Parties or Events
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Please help us maintain a positive relationship with our neighbors by keeping outdoor activity and music respectful.

Swing Chair
The hanging swing chair in the family room is provided for gentle sitting and swaying only. Rough swinging or excessive movement may damage the chair or home and result in additional damage charges.

Contactless Check-In & Host Access
We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away.

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons
We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.

You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
