POOL:

Open Early May–Late September (weather permitting). Pool may be heated for a fee of $350 for up to three (3) nights or $500 for up to seven (7) nights. Pool heating requires advance notice of 72 hours prior to arrival. Heating may not be available during inclement weather. When the pool is closed during the winter, please avoid stepping on the cover—any damage will incur charges.

- Hours: 7AM - 10PM
- Glassware: Strictly prohibited in the pool/spa area. Use plastic/acrylic only.
- Hygiene: Please shower before use to remove oils/lotions.
- Cover: Please replace the pool cover immediately after use to maintain heat and safety.
- Safety: No diving. Use is at your own risk. The host is not responsible for accidents or injuries related to wet surfaces or water use. Read and follow all safety signs posted.
- Children: Supervise children under 18 at all times.
- Fence: Keep pool fence gate closed at all times.
- Heat: The heated pool is only available part of the year and is subject to change due to inclement conditions.

PARKING:
- Garage is not included and will not be accessible during your stay.
- Driveway can fit up to 4 cars.
- Street parking is also available.
- Please do not block the mailbox

By booking this property, you agree that a supplemental rental agreement will be provided and must be signed before receiving check in instructions. The terms are disclosed before you confirm your reservation.

PETS:
We do allow guests to bring 2 dogs. You must let us know upon booking that you will be bringing dogs. Pet rules are as follows:
- ONLY UP TO TWO DOGS ALLOWED. No cats or any other animals.
-$140 pet fee per stay up to 2 dogs.
- No dogs on the furniture
- Dogs must be FULLY outdoor potty trained (no puppy pads or litter boxes)
- You must pick up waste in the yard ($250 fee if this is not followed)
- Dogs must be in a crate if you leave in the home alone during your stay
- Dogs must be on leash while walking outside (the yard is NOT fenced)
- Guests recognize that they are responsible for any damages caused by their dog
- If we find that guests have violated any of these rules, you will incur a $500 fine and possibly eviction from the home.

Unauthorized Late Check Out Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out

Fireplaces are not available for guest use.

Smoking in the home - $500.00 minimum charge and eviction from Rental Unit

Excessive Cleaning - Up to $150.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed

Damaged or Missing Items Varies depending on cost of item

Missing Keys - $50.00 minimum charge

Unauthorized Pets - $250.00 plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred

Noise Complaints - potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00

Party in Unit or Common Area (including backyard) - Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Hosted By The Webers

Lost or forgotten items. $40 handling fee plus cost of shipping.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests (including infants under 2 years old). A $50 charge per guest over the maximum number of guests will be incurred.
