The property was clean and very inviting. All of the family fit perfectly and a nice touch of towels on all beds and extras in the bathrooms. . The many tables and chairs for looking over the lake and hills were perfect for late dinners and early morning coffee. We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful cabin

The cabin has beautiful views from the deck and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the cabin is located close to the lake and other hikes. Great place to stay!

No place better to stay

This was our second time staying in Mossy Oaks Manor. This is an absolutely beautiful house in a quiet setting close to town. Plenty of room where eveyone is comfortable. We will stay here every year!!

You may be interested to know, we've started something new at Vacation Rental Services recently; Each time we receive notice of a favorable online review, each of the housekeepers receives a bonus in her paycheck as our way of saying, "Thanks for all you do". Love location, the road going to cabin needs some work some pretty bad pot holes. Home was a good fit for us, space was great. Could use a little rearranging of kitchen cabinets, no space for the food we purchased, for a week stay two indoor garbage bags was really not enough, and no dishwasher soap. With all this still loved placed.

The view was great. The ping pong table did not work and dart board didn’t work either.

Air conditioning work great and overall was a good stay even though we had reservations at the Manor. We enjoyed the Lodge after the mixup was settled. We would stay at the Lodge again.

Amazing view

Home is on a hilltop, very private. We enjoyed the location, house and view, the host was very helpful, she kept in contact with me prior to the trip and sent out all pertinent information for our stay, the direction to the home was an added bonus. We really enjoyed our time there, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some R&R or family time. Thank you for an amazing stay. Best,

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:

Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller.
Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
