New hot tub as of November 2024 This newly-renovated, ground floor condo has everything you need after a day on the slopes. Come home and pop your gear on the jacket and glove warmers and then slip into your private hot tub or warm up in the soothing steam shower. Switch on the 55' TV and soundbar, pop a Blu-ray into the player, or play some video games while the flames dance in the WestCoast Ledgestone gas fireplace. If you're still feeling energetic later in the day, you also have access to the building's gym and indoor pool. And for a more casual evening with the family, there are board games and books to chose from. Located in Happy Valley, this rental is just a short walk to the Happy Valley Lodge and Adventure Park, with restaurants, ice skating, tubing, Nordic skiing, and plenty of other activities. Catch the free gondola from there into the village center where there are more restaurants, bars, shops, ski equipment rentals, and lesson meeting areas. From the village center you can also ski to four different chairlifts. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool -Fitness area THINGS TO KNOW The shared seasonal pool and fitness area is operational in the winter only when the resort is open for winter activities (local rules and regulations depending). Great place to stay

We loved the cleanliness of the place; the kitchen had all of the pots, pans, plates, and bowls we needed; and we enjoyed how comfortable it was for our family of 4 to sit back and enjoy the fireplace while watching a movie each night. I would consider consolidating the remotes though.

Lovely place

I would definitely come back, this is a beautiful place. I would not call this place a ski-in ski-out as depending on the time of the year as we had to do a lot of walking with our gear. Disappointing to not have the hot tub working and only discover it by ourselves at midnight when guest services was closed. We appreciated the place being dog friendly

Overall great experience!

Overall great experience. Main beds (2 main and bunk beds) were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, and hot tub was amazing. Stocked with movies and games, too. Great extras like glove dryers and towel warmers. Ski-in was easy, but be aware that ski-out requires a 5-minute walk. To improve: sofabed needs replacing - not comfortable. Main bedroom blind cord doesn't work. Would book again!

Ok but not great

Kitchen drawers a mess nothing put in it's place. Dryer did not work which they did not tell us.

The couch and master bed desperately need replacing. Unsitable and had a terrible night's sleep. The hot tub was completely murky and gross. Someone came to drain and refill it, but it took a full day to heat up so we never got to use it. Location is okay. I wouldn't call it ski in/out. We were there when there were dry roads and ice so we had to walk up to the Edge and ski from there. There was lots of space and a good layout though. Nice and bright.

Great Ski In

The Ski In access was great. Ski out was a short walk but still pretty good. Great location - front row seat for the 8pm New Years' Fireworks. Unit was clean and as described in the ad. Underground parking was excellent. Right across form the elevators and ski lockers. Instructions were very clear.

Cozy and comfortable

Very nice condo unit in great shape with lots of fun games and a great hot tub. Comfortable and not too far from the slopes. Very well maintained and nice!

Disappointed

This unit is not a true 3 bedroom unit. One bedroom has no windows and is very small - most likely an office not a bedroom. It is accurate as a ‘ski in’ property but there is a walk to ‘ski out’. The unit was not very clean and lacked toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing soap etc. we called for a few items when we arrived and it was delivered quickly but when calling later in the week we were told they do not supply any of these items. We passed along pictures of the bedding to Vacasa to show how dirty it was found. The kitchen is not well stocked for cooking with a mixture of old worn out knifes, dishes etc. I would not stay or recommend this unit. Big White ski hill is spectacular! We will return but through a different rental company.

We provide photos, a virtual tour, a unit description, and a list of available amenities so that future guests know exactly what they will be seeing upon arrival. We provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. Excellent condo!

Excellent condo - newly renovated and well decorated. Had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. Ski in-out and locker were nice features as well. Highly recommend it and hope to re-book for next year.

Perfect Family Stay!

Great updated ground-floor unit with everything you could need! Has a super clean/ modern look and feel to it and the details in the interior design really set this unit apart. We loved how easy it was to book this unit and check-in completely remotely. The bunk bed den was perfect for our kids and the layout worked well for our family and felt like plenty of room. The unit was nicely equipped with dishes, board games (even an Xbox I believe), Telus Optik TV, steam shower, private hot-tub, heated tile entryway, boot/ glove dryer, croc-pot even. The check-out procedure was super relaxed and easy and I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy n comfortable

Very clean , well stocked - dryer didn’t seem to work very well. Hot tub great. Neighbors above us sounded like elephants :( Housekeeper vacuuming very early sat morning above us cleaning and banging around . Didn’t get the rest we were hoping for . Very convenient to let dog out . Nice place.

The Raven 104 - Big White

The condo has been nicely renovated and feels cozy and comfortable! It is in a great location and close to gondola but being a main floor unit so not much of a view. I say the kitchen amenities were lacking somewhat with no coffee grinder, a lot of older cooking utensils, no cast iron frying pan (good substitute when no bbq) no oversized pot or slow cooker for things like chili or stew.

ski in and out more work than anticipated, garbages not emptied in unit, basic spices like pepper were empty, heat stopped working in building, hot water went out for 24 hours, no one checked on us to ask how stay was, and pool was freezing cold!

Great stay at Raven 104

The condo is spacious and well-stocked for busy families. We enjoyed the pool and hottub. Having puzzles, books and games readily available for kids was a bonus. Everyone slept soundly every night in comfortable beds.

Great set up and well-equipped for a ski holiday

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Everything worked well and there were many extras that were appreciated - like the special drier for boots and mitts and the baking dishes and spices in the kitchen. This would be a 5-star rating but for some noisy upstairs neighbours that didn't respect the 10pm quiet rule.
