The Space:

Welcome to this beautiful house located in the heart of Recoleta, the most iconic neighborhood along the city. This incredible property has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and a large living space to accommodate up to 8 guests in total.



There are 4 air conditioning units to heat and cool the bedrooms, as well as radiators throughout the house for the winter. Fast and reliable wifi is provided along the apartment.



The apartment offers a wide balcony overlooking the city. The unit faces the inner side of the building, making it ideal for a good sleep and relax at night.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
