We kindly ask that you inform us if you are bringing pets or plan to check out after 10am so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.

If you do not inform us about you bringing a pet before your reservation and/or bringing pets other than dogs, and we find evidence of a pet, you will be charge $275 dollars instead of $200.


Check-out Policy:

All guests must check out by 10:00 AM unless a late check-out has been requested, approved by the host, and paid for in advance.

If any guest remains after 10:00 AM without approval:
- A $200 fee applies for the first hour (10:00–11:00 AM).
- After 11:00 AM, an additional $100 per hour will be charged.

Late check-out option:

- Must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cost: $40.
- New check-out time: 12:30 PM.

If guests stay past 12:30 PM (with approved late check-out):
- A $200 fee applies starting at 1:30 PM, plus $100 per hour after that.

No Unregistered Guests Are Allowed.

Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Just a quick heads-up: the guest in Unit 704 does have a pet and has stayed for 57 nights, so the unit may need a bit of extra attention during cleaning.
