Welcome to our freshly renovated home, just 2.5 miles from the Cellairis Amphitheatre at Lakewood. Whether you're catching a show or exploring Atlanta, our place offers the perfect mix of comfort and convenience.

Close to the Action: A quick drive, affordable Uber/Lyft ride, or a 40-50 minute walk gets you to the amphitheatre. We are located about 7 miles from downtown and 9 miles from midtown.

Modern Touches: Enjoy Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, a security system, and a smart thermostat.

Chill Outdoor Spots: Kick back on the front porch or back deck, both set up with comfy seating. The big backyard is great for some outdoor fun.

Inside Scoop:

Living/Dining Area: Open space with plenty of seating and a 55-inch Smart TV with Roku for your entertainment.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooking essentials, spices, oil, and a coffee maker with filters and coffee. Enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware for six.

Bedrooms:

Master: King-size bed, private bathroom, and Smart TV.
Second and Third: Each has a queen-size bed and Smart TV.
Extras:

Parking: Driveway fits 2-3 cars, plus free street parking.

Entertainment: We have smart tvs in all all the bedrooms. Feel free to sign into your own streaming accounts via Roku.

House was very clean and comfortable. Great for families. Host was great and very helpful through booking and the stay. Location is perfect for getting around all parts of town, including the airport. Will definitely look to stay again if back in Atlanta!

Great Gettaway

Our rental was great. It was clean on the inside, well lite and manicured outside, spacious, open and as described and shown in pictures. Neighborhood was also clean and very quiet. The property manager was very responsive, even checked in with us to make sure all was well our first night. The location was ideal. No more than 20- 30 min from downtown ATL and surrounding areas. Will definitely book this rental again.

My first Trip to Atlanta

This house is very nice , quiet great location. It was easy to find all activities we attended. Very comfortable home with great water pressure and plenty of space for us. The Hist was very helpful with the process and the home was very safe and secure. Fully equipped with all tge kitchen utensils needed. Very Homely. Would most definitely recommend this home .

Above and beyond

The property was clean and exactly how it appeared in the pictures. Our plans had changed, and we needed to come one day earlier. Michael let us come early which kept us from having to stay in a hotel. That's going the extra mile to help his guests. Will definitely stay again when visiting Atlanta.

Location- Location

The newly renovated bungalow in Atlanta was a great place to stay for my family. Pictures and descriptions of the property was spot on! The neighborhood was quiet and very close to downtown Atlanta, just as posted. Michael was an awesome host and reached out to check on use throughout our stay. This real made the process a little easier to navigate. I 100% recommend this for a small family that would love to enjoy the city and would love to be close to downtown. Great job to Michael and his team!

I would give this 5 stars except for one flaw that effected my whole trip was the HEAT. It was not working at all. I was freezing cold the entire time i was there. Other than that everything else was great.

Hi, I’m Michael! I’m a proud University of Georgia grad (Go Dawgs!!!) and also studied Finance and Accounting at the University of Virginia. After school, I moved to Atlanta and worked in finance for several years before discovering my true passion: hosting.
I started back in 2015 by renting out a spare bedroom, which quickly grew into remodeling a basement and eventually helping friends and family design their own vacation homes. What began as a side project turned into Host This Home in 2018, where I now get to focus full-time on creating comfortable, memorable spaces for travelers.

I also serve as Treasurer for the Atlanta Metro Short-Term Rental Association, where I work with other hosts to keep Atlanta’s short-term rental community strong and welcoming.

When you stay with me, my goal is simple: to make you feel right at home while enjoying everything our city has to offer.
