Welcome to your peaceful retreat on a beautiful 5-acre estate that backs up to 600 acres of county-owned land. This modern studio apartment offers approximately 300 sq. ft. of comfortable, efficient living space, perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for privacy and plenty of outdoor space to unwind. You'll enjoy a well-equipped kitchenette, Roku TV with live streaming, and a shared pickleball court just steps from your door.
There are three main structures on the property—including the main house and a guest house. Your studio is part of the building on the far right of the estate, featuring its own private entrance. A horse ranch is onsite, though horses remain behind privacy fencing and are not visible. Two outdoor cats also live on the property and may occasionally roam nearby.
Please note: pets must remain on a leash when outdoors, and guests should not feed or touch the horses or cats. Water is supplied through a high-quality reverse osmosis system, and septic guidelines apply—no wipes, feminine products, or food down the drains.
Located at the end of a quiet gravel road where all homes sit on at least an acre, this country setting offers serenity while still being conveniently close to beaches, shopping, and local attractions. Whether you're here to relax, enjoy pickleball, or explore the area, this studio provides a comfortable and private base for your stay.
Rock Road Estate & Ranch is a unique multi-unit property perfect for families and groups traveling together. The left side features a private 2-bedroom guest house, the center is the spacious 4-bedroom main house with a pool (reserved for main house guests), and the right side includes two separate studio apartments—one upstairs and one downstairs. Each unit is fully private, making it perfect for friends who want to stay close while enjoying their own space.

Fees for the following: Early Check in, Late Checkout, Pets. Damage deposit required. Permission needed for events. House located at end of 1 mile gravel road. Guest Requirements: Agree to house rules, & sign renters agreement
