This cozy 2-room vacation apartment features a large, open living and dining area with a beautiful window facing the promenade and the sea. Up to 4 people can enjoy a wonderful vacation here.

The apartment has one bedroom with a box-spring bed, TV, and large closet. The new corner sleeper sofa in the living room provides two additional sleeping spots. The bathroom features a bathtub and a separate shower.

The large, beautiful balcony, complete with two lounge chairs, a balcony table, and chairs, invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the Baltic Sea air. The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental!

Park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach your vacation apartment by elevator or via the stairs.

All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.

The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation a memorable experience any time of year.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school on-site with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
