The Space:

The beautiful 4BR 3BA will comfortably fit your large family. The new home was completed in 2024. Retreat to the deck to watch the sunrise or enjoy yourself during golden hour. This home is great for a family vacation.



The property boasts a large deck for entertaining, grilling out and relaxation. With the beach less than a minute away, a private walkover will lead you to the beach for a day of fun in the sun. This new property is a showstopper, book your stay today!



BEACH: The beach access is located right across the street to the left of the property.



BIRD WATCHING: This area is known for its various species of birds. Bring your binoculars to check them out!



FISHING: Bring your fishing gear to try a new skill of surf fishing!



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire space to themselves. The beach walkway, as seen in pictures, is a private walkway for this house and the two behind it that are all owned by the same owners. Meaning guests will have their own private walk over to the beach during their stay.



Other Things to Note:

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free but we will not issue full refunds.



- This property is on well water. There is potential for an occasional Sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system AND a water softener/treatment system on this property, we have never had issues with our water quality, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice. Ice is not provided.



- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.



- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available outside of the months from May to September for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over.

Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee.



Interaction with Guests:

This property is managed by Shore Thing Property Management. Kaylene and Kayse, you're hosts will be available via text, phone call or app messaging between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm. If you have an emergency outside of business hours please contact 911. If you have a question after 8:00pm we will respond the following morning!
