“Blue Dolphin” is a stunning, newly built 2-bedroom, 2-bath home that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Designed with a contemporary coastal cottage aesthetic, this home boasts gorgeous fixtures and finishes that blend modern comfort with seaside charm. The plush, new beds ensure restful nights, while the cozy living room furniture invites relaxation. Gather around the dining table that seats 6, or enjoy casual meals at the bar with seating for 2.
We happily welcome your furry family members! With a non-refundable pet fee, up to 2 pets are allowed. If you have more than 2 pets, give us a call to discuss options with the owners—we’re here to help make your stay unforgettable.
Step out onto the deck and take in breathtaking views of the coastline and the famous jetty waterway. It’s the perfect spot for sipping morning coffee or unwinding with an evening beverage. Downstairs, the fire pit sets the stage for memorable nights filled with music, storytelling, and laughter.

Pet-Friendly Vacation Home - Your Furry Friends Are Welcome! We know that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome them at this home! Guests may bring up to two pets per property with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. If you have more than two pets, please reach out to us - we may be able to make an exception. For small breed pets under 10 pounds, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We ask that all pet owners be mindful of the home and community, clean up after their pets, and follow any local pet guidelines. If you have any questions or special requests, just let us know - we are happy to help!
A $300.00 security deposit “HOLD” will be processed 2 days prior to check in from the owners online booking platform. You will need to provide them with a credit card for this transaction “hold”. This is just a hold and will not be collected unless there are rule violations, damages to the property or guests do not follow the check out instructions. Please message us if you have any questions with regard to the security deposit. We are happy to help.

Meet the Owners of Beach Resort Services – A Family Tradition Since 1992
At Beach Resort Services, we are more than just a vacation rental company—we are a small, family-owned and operated business with deep roots in Surfside Beach. Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.
In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.
Today, Beach Resort Services is run by a dedicated team of three—Denise, Drew, and Hope—who work tirelessly to provide exceptional service, trustworthy management, and a personal touch to every guest and homeowner we serve.
