Enjoy the perfect family-friendly getaway at Tims Ford lake! Nestled on a beautiful, completely wooded lot, this charming cottage offers privacy, comfort, and easy access to lake adventures. Guests have convenient access to Holiday Landing Marina via the subdivision's golf cart path- and for added fun and ease, a golf cart is provided for you use. Spend your days on the water, then return to relax in your peaceful wooded retreat. Whether you want to go boating on the lake, hike at the nearby Tims Ford State Park, or just get together with family and friends, look no further! This large open concept, cozy, spacious, 3-level home is all you will need. Step into the inviting main floor featuring a bright open-concept design that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining and living areas. Perfect for entertaining or everyday living. The spacious layout allows for easy flow and plenty of natural light throughout. The main level also includes a full bathroom and a comfortable queen bedroom, offering convenient single-level living for guest or family members. Just off the living room, you'll find a screened- in back deck that extends your living space outdoors. This cozy retreat features a gas fireplace and mounted TV, creating the perfect setting for relaxing evenings or hosting gatherings year-round. Stairs just off the living room lead to the private master suite, creating a peaceful retreat away from the main living areas. The spacious suite features a comfortable king bed, two cozy rocking chairs for quiet mornings or evening relaxation, and a large wall mounted tv for added comfort. The master also includes a full bathroom with walk in shower. Uniquely designed with families in mind, the reconfigured master closet offers a fun and cozy surprise for little ones- a twin bunk bed (shorty bunk beds designed for small children) complete with its own tv and toys, creating a special space just for kids while keeping them close by. Just off the kitchen, stairs lead down to the fully finished basement, offering even more space for relaxation and privacy. This level features an additional living area complete with a pull-out queen sofa, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker perfect for guests or extended stays. The basement also includes a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, as well as a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed and walk- in closet. From the lower level living area is a door leading to a covered patio providing easy access to outdoor space with access to a grill for easy dinners after a fun filled day and another comfortable spot to unwind.
