The Space:

Spend your days enjoying the peaceful wooded surroundings or exploring everything Tall Timbers Camp has to offer, including an indoor pool with a water slide, an expansive zero-entry outdoor pool with cabanas, live music, scenic hiking trails, multiple recreational ponds, sports courts, a playground, seasonal food trucks, a general store, and golf cart rentals.



Inside, the home unfolds into warm, welcoming spaces designed for connection and comfort. The updated kitchen shines with stone countertops, a drip/Keurig coffee combo, and counter seating for four, while the dining table for six sets the stage for shared meals. The main living room is filled with natural light and invites relaxation with a cozy couch and two armchairs. Downstairs, the basement living room becomes an entertainment hub, featuring a wraparound sofa, air hockey table, and an arcade game loaded with over 3,000 games, along with a smart TV—perfect for movie nights or friendly competition. Unwind on the lower patio, where a private hot tub and ample seating create the ultimate spot to relax under the stars, or head up to the upper-level deck for al fresco dining with mountain views. Timberline Hideaway is where cozy interiors, outdoor living, and scenic surroundings come together effortlessly.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a queen-size sleeper sofa in the basement living room, and a twin-over-twin bunkbed in the upstairs hall.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• OPTIONAL EV Charging is available at this property for an extra charge of $40 per night of the entire stay. No partial or per hour purchases allowed. Please reach out to the host after booking for more information.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• This home is a walk-in unit with two-levels to the living space. From the parking lot, two (2) steps are required to reach the entrance on the main level.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• Guests need to stop by the General Store upon their arrival to pick up wrist bands to use the resorts amenities.

• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
