The property is located in a relaxing area, with its high-speed fiber optic and reliable internet, it's the ideal environment for remote workers.
Las Terrazas Villa 3 is located in an exclusive complex with a golf course in El Salobre and boasts views of the sea and the mountains. The modern, 2-storey house with light-flooded rooms consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite TV and a television. The property also offers a private outdoor area where you can soak up the sun or watch the sun rise in the morning. This includes a garden, terraces (open and covered), a pool and an outdoor shower. In approximately 15 minutes driving you will reach restaurants, cafes and bars and the nearest supermarket is just a 4-minute drive away (1.8 km). Furthermore, Playa Mujeres beach is a 10-minute drive away (7.7 km) and Gran Canaria airport is a 29-minute drive away (39.3).
Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The complex offers 24hr security.
