Or, enjoy your coffee at the breakfast nook, or stroll out onto the lanai and sit at one of the two dining areas.
The open kitchen comes complete with all the appliances, cookware and festive dishes you need to prepare a casual family meal or for a full dinner party complete with blended drinks. A second sitting area is a great place for family game night or to catch up on a good book. The private pool with a trickling fountain faces southwest, allowing families to soak up the sun throughout the day. Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that!. the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
