- The front desk team will verify everyone's IDs and provide you with the key FOB which will be used to enter the building, the unit and all amenities. Front desk will also give you a card for Free Parking. It can be used to park at the garage across the street.

- At checkout, guests must checkout with front desk and return the key FOB.

- Lost Key FOBs have a fee of $50.

- Los Parking Cards have a fee of $100.



Other Things to Note:

• Guests who fail to submit IDs on time may experience delayed or denied access to the building.

• No parties or events allowed 🚫🎉 — this is a quiet, residential building.

• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.

• No smoking inside the unit or common areas 🚭 (strictly enforced).

• Quiet hours are enforced by the building — please be respectful of neighbors 🌙

• Amenity access is subject to building availability and rules.
