Overall experience 9/10 would rent again.Pros: The place easily accommodated 17 guest. So many extra beds and pull out couches. AC was excellent and well insulated. 4 seasons room had the best AC circulation. A ton of extra showers. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Night time on the deck was serene. The extra dish washer was a surprise, very useful. The kitchenette with the extra fridge made organizing groceries exceptional. The place has extra beach chairs and life vest. Kitchen was stocked really well with appliances and utensils; blender, alot of knives, toaster, toaster oven, crockpot, cutlery, alot of cups, etc. Alot of parking space. Included extra towels and blankets via rental company (prob bring extra blankets and pillows just in case)Cons: Some of the furniture had weird stains/ streaks like dried syrup when we arrived. A plank on the stairs leading to the deck was loose, almost tripped. Luckily maintenance people took care of that quickly. The main dining room table looked to have been fixed or constructed using super glue and broke when we were using it. The stove fan is a microwave fan so smells just circulated around the house instead of being sucked outside. Very little to no window curtains or blinds, made waking up blinding. Host didnt provide address for extra parking outside the property. The balcony railing was cracked (looks like plastic). Some of the restroom doors dont lock. Windows dont lock.
