- There is a covered pergola in the garden for shelter from both heat and rain.
- The grass is artificial grass. Herbs and fruit trees in the front and back garden.
- Above-ground pool with decking (great in summer, or for a brave cold plunge in winter!)
- TV projector, which has access to streaming services.
- Indoors, there is a traditional fireplace but also an oil heater.
- Ceiling fans in each bedroom
- Roof of the garage is accessible to watch sunsets
Sleeps 4 with flexible beds:
- One room has 180cm bed and closet.
- Another room has a single bed that converts into a 160cm bed, sofa.
- Travel crib available upon request.
- There is another bedroom downstairs but it will be locked up and unavailable for use.
- Sofa is also a sofa bed. Perfect for home-theatre movie nights.

The entire property will be exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.
There is a garage on the property and a small shed on the top of the garage which are inaccessible and used for storage.
Depending on how long your stay is, We may need to access the property to clean the pool, gardening, specific maintenance etc, however we will make sure to communicate with you beforehand.

The house is pet-friendly upon request. A cat and a dog often stay on this property so it is likely not a good options for someone with severe allergies (although the house is always professionally cleaned).
This is a family home that we are renting out for a few months, so some of our personal items will remain in cupboards and in the locked room downstairs. We ensure a practical, usable and clean space for you that is comfortable for your stay and with enough space to keep your personal belongings.

Parking - There is plenty of free street parking out the front of the house, it is quite a quiet street. However, please make sure to not park in front of our neighbours house - number 10 - on either side of the road as he has a truck that he parks there.
