- Check In and Out: Standard check in is contactless via digital lock. Early arrival at 2:00 PM or a late departure at 12:00 PM can be arranged for a $50 fee each, subject to availability.
- Essentials: We provide a starter set of toiletries and paper products. For stays exceeding 14 nights, guests are responsible for replenishing these items.
- Building Services: Please note that a mandatory monthly extermination service occurs during business hours, and we will notify you in advance if access is needed.
- Mail: We do not have mailbox access for guest use, so please plan accordingly before booking.
Security Deposit
A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit.
