This apartment building in the heart of Warnemünde was completely renovated in the 1990s. Our vacation rental, “Heimathafen,” offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation in Warnemünde. Located just about 100 meters from the Alter Strom, you can reach downtown Warnemünde and the beach in just a few minutes from here. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

Up to 4 people can comfortably stay in our approximately 42-square-meter “Heimathafen” vacation apartment on the first floor. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a small galley kitchen featuring a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and compact dishwasher, as well as a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The apartment is fully tiled. The bathroom features a shower, washing machine, and hair dryer. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table, TV (cable), radio, CD and DVD players, and free Wi-Fi. Large balcony for relaxing. The vacation rental is for non-smokers only.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, and a shower mat).

A free parking space is available in the nearby parking garage at Molenfeuer.

Bakeries, the weekly market, a pharmacy, a supermarket, restaurants, shops, the post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: €3.70/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): €1.45/day
Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
