Located just about 100 meters from the wide Baltic Sea beach in Warnemünde, at Parkstr. 34, the "Sansibar," "Samoa," and "Käthchen" vacation apartments are available, each with its own parking space. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few steps away. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

The “Sansibar” vacation rental, approximately 65 square meters in size, features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV; a bedroom with a double bed (2nd TV); a kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and washer/dryer, and a very nice bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. The apartment is located on the garden side of the villa in the basement. It is designed to accommodate 2 people. You’ll feel right at home! The apartment is reserved for non-smokers. A private parking space is available free of charge at the house.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat).

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: €1.45/day
Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers passing through, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
- High chair/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
- Dog (Sansi/Samo): €5.00 per night
- Dog (cleaning fee): €30.00 one-time fee
