The rhythmic crash of waves greets you from the moment you step inside this 18th-floor oceanfront condo at Bay Watch Resort. Morning light spills across the balcony as you sip coffee overlooking the endless blue of the Atlantic. The soft ocean breeze drifts through the open living space, carrying with it the unmistakable scent of salt and sun.



Outdoor living

Step onto your private balcony and take in sweeping ocean views that stretch to the horizon. From sunrise reflections to moonlit tides, every moment feels connected to the water. Just below, the sandy beach invites you to wander barefoot along the shoreline or spend the day soaking up the sun before returning to your coastal retreat.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to eight guests with two bedrooms and three beds. The main bedroom includes a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides added flexibility for larger groups. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets ensure each guest drifts off in comfort after a day of surf and sand.



Indoor comfort

Inside, unwind in the spacious living area featuring comfortable seating and a TV for relaxed evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the essentials for easy meal preparation. Other Things to Note:

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Bay Watch Resort will be completing room door painting in Tower 2 during the following dates (weather permitting). Painting is scheduled Nov 17-21, 2025 (weather permitting). Each door will require 2–3 days:

Day 1: Prep work — doors open ~1–2 hours, then closed.

Day 2: First coat — doors slightly propped open ~1 hour to dry.

Day 3 (if needed): Second coat — doors slightly propped open ~1 hour.

Zepol painting staff will always be present to ensure security. Minimal disruption to guests is expected.
