Had problems with the ac and it was fixed in 24hrs. No other issues. Very clean and as pictured! Would stay again!

The condo was very nice. From the listing, we thought we would be beachfront but it was not. It was on a property that is beachfront but our building was not. We tried to change the temperature but we couldn’t figure out the thermostat. I both emailed and texted the host but got no response. The property was very nice and the beach was beautiful.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked with anything you might need for the stay and the beach. The location is awesome. Short walk to beach access. It was peaceful and quiet. We loved everything about it. Definitely won’t be our last stay!

This was the perfect place to stay during our trip to Destin. The property was beautiful and very clean. I appreciated the view of the ocean, all of the amenities that came with the booking, and the short walk to the resort’s private beach. We will definitely be staying here again.

Okay I’m not normally a complainer but whe I have paid the amount for a sister trip for our birthdays and one of us gets sick because the thermostat could not be adjusted by us the people that forked out the money to stay it was not a good experience. Our bedrooms were so hot that we had to buy box fans to blow on us at night. It made my sister sick during our stay. The thermostat did not turn to 69 degrees until 10pm. It took awhile for the coolness to affect the rooms. It was hot getting ready also with fans blowing hot air. This was totally not right that our stay was so uncomfortable. The view was fine. It is not oceanfront but ocean view which was fine. The condo was not cleaned very well when I pull bs k covers and see someone else’s hair on the sheet. Yuck! I really think the temperature controlling was the biggest issue for us. Therefore, I would NOT ever stay here again. Sorry but this is wrong in every way. I’ve never had that happen to me and guess what I won’t ever again. If anything you should reimburse us for the fans to blow hot air around. I love Destin and your condo was fine (nothing exceptional) but not worth what I paid for us to be uncomfortable. That’s it in a nutshell!

The condo was nice. The biggest concern was checking in. They don’t mention anything about needing a fob to access the building or garage or how to obtain the fob, without the help of other residents it was a struggle to get in. The thermostat was also a struggle to figure out, the dryer would not drying properly, the toilet paper was poor quality. Other than those few things, it was a good stay, also getting around the property via car there was no access, you had to get back out on main roads and traffic was horrible unless early morning. we would rebook again now that we know what to expect, less stress with checking in, Host needs clearer guidance on obtaining the fobs! the beach was beautiful and the water was amazing, wish we would had planned a longer trip.
