The baseboards were dirty and needed fresh paint, as well as some of the walls. There were small holes in the wall and a door that needed repair. The kitchen chairs by the bar were worn and peeling. There were spots on the carpet the blinds were dusty. It was oddly painted with purple and and blue ‘clouds’. The refrigerator and washer were newer and in good working order. We would not rate the accommodations as the site said, 9/10, but rather a 4/10.

Property was very clean. It had no table and chairs for dining. It did not have appropriate pots for cooking. The tv did not have any traditional programming, no major networks, ESPN, CNBC or golf channel.

All was as pictured and described. Owner’s communication was excellent. Any question was answered quickly. Rates are very reasonable and location is convenient to all! Would stay again!

The property needs updating. It was surface level clean for example the oven was not cleaned out. There were holes in the wall, child writing on a wall etc. This was not disclosed by the property manager. They did disclose a problem with the back door and said it would be fixed later. If we're charged a cleaning fee then everything should be clean. Often times users are held accountable for stains, spots, etc so I take it serious when a residence is not clean. I'm not being picky, I just think it should be fair if that's what paying a separate fee for.

Cleaning/Supplies

We were not able to use bar chairs due to condition of them. Peeling and they look horrible. The peeling can get on clothing/floor. Food and debris under couch cushions;chips, bottle tops, etc. 2 doors had holes in them. Pacifier and candy paper under bed. There were no dishtowels, or oven mitts. Walls need touching up. Disappointed I had to drink my wine out a small glass or cup. No wine glasses but hadan opener. The place itself is in a gorgeous little community. The pool in picture looks like its in back of house but its not. Also, the owner stated they were not able to afford furniture at the time. He also stated he would get housekeeping out but did not then stated after I was leaving from my vacation, that housekeeping only comes after checkout. Rental was in great area.

VERU NICE , LOCATION WAS KEY WAS SO CLOSE TO BEACH 2 MIN WALK IF THAT:) VERY CLEAN AND NEAT PLACE , THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE ONLY TABLE WAS OUTSIDE WAS BRAKE ,SO DID NOT USE. BUT WILL NOT STOP US FROM GOING BACK, OWNER WAS VERY NICE

Beach Oasis

The property was very clean. My Mom and I went for a girls weekend. Check-in and checkout was easy. The location was great, good walking distance to the ocean. Very close to everything.

Location Is The Star

Situated one block from a public access beach, this property shines for convenience and accessibility but is lackluster in accommodation. While the property was as advertised, what was hidden were the holes in the walls and doors, broken and missing furniture, cookware you definitely do not want to use, and an unusable Keurig coffee maker (missing a nozzle that prevents the brew from spewing all over the counter). To be fair, the owner is highly responsive and explained previous tenants violently destroyed much of the property and were evicted, but the damage repairs are continuing. Just ask about the state of the property before committing. All in all, we had a good time notwithstanding the issues.

The beach was within walking distance from the property. I love the convenience of it's location. The home was clean and cozy. The two full baths really came in handy. The environment was PEACEFUL. None of the surrounding neighborhoods were loud. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you

Sketchy neighborhood

Cute house but sketchy neighborhood. Poorly maintained. Holes in interior doors, carpet needed cleaning, light missing in the bedroom closet and the back patio was horrible. Not to mention the abandoned shipping cart beside the house.
