Brand new 2 br / 2 ba condo on the port side of Puerto Morelos – 1 block from the beach, the square, Chedraui and Lighthouse!! This is one of the most central locations with the largest and best rooftop views in all of Puerto Morelos.

Small building with a dozen units, the shared rooftop is very quiet and includes AMAZING views of the ocean & mangroves. Pool, lounging area, games, seating, grill/kitchen area!!

Puerto Morelos Mexico is fantastic, there's a beautiful reef just off the coast, it's centrally located and there's so much to do in and around the area. It's very walkable and lots of places to eat and be entertained. Proximity to Cancun and ideal to get in and out of town, but you won't have to deal with the crowds of Cancun.

It's a quieter building with one of the best rooftop oceanviews in all of Puerto Morelos. It's very close to the square, chedraui (grocery store) as well as the lighthouse/beach. Everything you need is walking distance away.
